Reva is a smart assistant for commercial real estate brokers. She keeps track of your team’s listing data so you can effortlessly access that data any time, anywhere.

Reva offers several great options for accessing your listing data, and more are on the way! Using the mobile app, you can ask Reva a question out loud (think Siri/Alexa), or use the text search bar to quickly pull up listing data (think Google). If you prefer to use the computer, you can also access the search bar through our website.

Anywhere! The mobile app is great for answering questions that come up on property tours, and Reva is sure to leave your clients impressed. If you prefer to keep things discreet, use Reva to brush up on the numbers beforehand. At the office, keep the Reva search bar open so you’ll always have the answers when a client calls for info.

Reva can answer hundreds of property-related queries for each of your listings. She can understand both qualitative data (“Where is the property located?”) and quantitative data (“What is the average rent per square foot?”). Ultimately, what Reva knows will depend on how much listing data you provide her with.

Right now, Reva is focused on multifamily (apartment) properties, but she’s learning fast. Our team is working to add support for other commercial property types (e.g. office, retail) so be sure to check back soon.

Leave it to us! Our onboarding is dead simple: You send us your listing data (Excel files or offering memorandum PDF), and our team handles the rest. New listings are generally ready to use 2-3 business days after we receive your listing data. If you are unsure what data to include, feel free to contact us at onboarding@askreva.app.

Completely. Your data will be uploaded to a secure database, where it is only used by Reva. We never sell your data to third parties, and only your teammates and invited clients can ask Reva for information about your listings.

Yes, and we hope they will! Our subscription plans support the creation of multiple user accounts, with each user having full access to the team's listing data. As team owner, you can send email invitations and manage your membership from the team settings page.

Absolutely. We encourage you to “show off” Reva to your clients, but Pro and Premium plan subscribers can take things a step further by inviting clients to use Reva on their own. Each listing comes with a unique link you can share with your clients, allowing them to download the free mobile app and use Reva to learn more about your listing. Our team will also provide you with a Reva-specific QR code that you can include in your marketing materials. Your subscription fee covers your clients as well, so they never pay a dime to use Reva!
